Luxe Sweatshirts

We have been seeing a lot of sweatshirts already and I hope you're diggin' the look, because sweatshirts are here to stay this Spring 2014!  Personally, I know I am excited for one of my favorite comfy pieces to be acceptable for work or even going out.  This trend is also great for all of those thawing out from winter and refuse to put another coat on for at least one full month.

This outfit is an awesome casual look with a little bit of edgy.  Words on you sweatshirts is the way to go and I suggest you get at least one explicit sweatshirt for this Spring '14 season.  Keep your hair off your face by pinning the top back to achieve that effortless 'not styled' look.  You won't go unnoticed with an electric pop of pink on your lips and fierce chunky boots, like Groove's 'Maxwell' in glitter black.
Who said you can't wear a sweatshirt to the office?  This adorable look really dresses up the sweatshirt making it fit right in the workplace appropriately.  The pearl croakies and closed-toe flats give it that southern-belle touch and ties the whole professional look together.  Any flat will do (pointed, D'Orsay, ballet, etc.), but I personally love Groove's 'Harmony' flat.  It is also simply an awesome look for those preppy and conservative girls who still want to rock all the latest trends.
If you thought I said we can now wear sweatshirts when going out, don't scroll up to reread...that's because I did!  The sporty-chic look is going to be very big this Spring 2014 season, especially in dressier pieces, like stilettos and cocktail attire.  The sweatshirt trend has branched out into the nightlife as well, and this outfit inspiration is perfect for girls night or drinks with coworkers.  This outfit has Spring '14 trends written all over it (floral, pink, metallic, sport, luxe sweatshirts), yet it is simply 4 items...awesome! Keep your lips glossed, but let the sweatshirt speak for itself color wise.  Also, keep your hair sporty with a slicked back pony, or this awesome fishtail combo.
