Here is a quick easy 5-step self breast check!

* Begin by looking at your breasts in the mirror with your shoulders straight and your arms on your hips

You should be looking for:

* usual size, shape, and color

* evenly shaped without visible distortion or swelling

Call your doctor if you see:

* Dimpling, puckering, or bulging 

* A nipple that has changed position or inverted

* Redness, soreness (not PMS), rash, or swelling

* Hold your hands and raise your arms above your head like you're stretching and look for the same changes

* I know it sounds gross, but next do a quick check to make sure there aren't any signs of fluid coming out of one, or both nipples

* Now, lay down and feel your girls using your right hand for your left, and then your left hand to feel your right.  

Use a firm, smooth touch with your fingers flat and together in little circles (about the size of a quarter). 

Cover the entire breast from:

* Top to bottom

* Side to side

* From your collarbone to the top of your stomach

* From your armpit to your cleavage

* Follow a pattern to be sure you cover every inch!

(try moving up-and-down like you're mowing a lawn)

* Finally, sit up and feel your breasts in the same way to make sure you cover all surface area like you did laying down

* I think it's easiest to feel my girls like this when my skin is wet and slippery, so try doing this last step in the shower! 

*** It's a lifesaving habit to do every time you wash your body! ***

As Pierre Buttin sat beside his girlfriend on the couch each night and endured 30 minutes of cringe-worthy puns, he couldn’t help but wonder, “What brands were mentioned the most on Sex and the City?” (Or, so we surmise.) The multimedia artist pored through the show’s six seasons and cataloged all instances of brand-name-dropping, which he put together in this clip. And, he compiled the mentions in alphabetical order. What a Charlotte! 

According to the description, “[T]here are 324 different brands and 838 total occurrences.” Vogue leads the list, uttered on 36 occasions, closely followed by martini (34 times).
